Competition Rules

These Official Competition Rules govern all SimplyCrush competitions, leaderboard events, seasonal championships, finals, cash prize promotions, and similar skill-based contests offered through the SimplyCrush website, app, or related services.

By participating in any SimplyCrush competition, you agree to these Competition Rules, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to receive any cash prize.
• Competitions and prize payouts are void where prohibited by law.
• You are responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful in your location.
• SimplyCrush may require proof of age, identity, and residency before allowing participation or issuing prizes.

2. Skill-Based Competition

All SimplyCrush competitions are intended to be skill-based. Rankings, advancement, and prize results are based on gameplay performance and compliance with all applicable rules.

• No purchase is required to participate or win unless expressly stated and legally permitted.
• Where finals or championship rounds are used, SimplyCrush may structure them under equalized conditions.
• Paid advantages, boosters, or premium items may be limited or disabled in finals or other protected rounds.

3. Entry and Participation

Players may participate only through valid, properly registered accounts.

• Only one account per person may be used unless expressly permitted.
• Account sharing, account selling, multiple account creation, or identity manipulation is prohibited.
• Participation may require compliance with event timing, level requirements, ranking thresholds, or qualification phases.

4. Competition Structure

SimplyCrush may use any structure it determines appropriate, including:

• Open leaderboard periods
• Qualification rounds
• Seasonal events
• Finals or championship rounds
• Tie-breaker rounds

Competition formats, scoring methods, advancement rules, time windows, and event mechanics may vary by event and may be updated, modified, delayed, suspended, or canceled at any time.

5. Scoring and Rankings

Rankings are based on the scoring system designated by SimplyCrush for the applicable event. We reserve the right to review, validate, correct, adjust, or remove scores or ranking positions at any time.

• Tie-breakers may be resolved by fastest completion time, earlier submission, lowest retry count, or other reasonable methods selected by SimplyCrush.
• Rankings shown in the app or website may be provisional until final review is completed.
• Final rankings are determined solely by SimplyCrush.

6. Prize Structure

Prize amounts vary by event and will be clearly disclosed within the specific event details,in-app announcements, or promotional materials prior to participation. Example seasonal championship prize structure:

• 1st Place: Prize amount may range from $100 to $5,000 depending on the event.
• 2nd Place: Prize amount may range from $75 to $3,750 depending on the event.
• 3rd Place: Prize amount may range from $50 to $2,500 depending on the event.

SimplyCrush may substitute prizes, modify prize amounts, expand or reduce prize pools, or cancel prize awards at any time for legal, technical, security, fraud prevention, operational, or business reasons.

7. Verification of Winners

Before any prize is awarded, SimplyCrush may require a winner to provide:

• Full legal name
• Proof of age
• Proof of residency or location
• Valid payment or payout details
• Tax documentation where required by law
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested to verify identity and eligibility

Failure to provide accurate and timely verification information may result in disqualification or forfeiture of prizes.

8. Fair Play and Anti-Cheat Rules

You may not engage in any conduct that compromises competition integrity, including:

• Using bots, macros, scripts, exploits, trainers, automation tools, or unauthorized software
• Using multiple accounts or collaborating with others to manipulate results
• Abusing glitches, bugs, lag, VPNs, emulators, device spoofing, or identity masking tools
• Submitting false information or interfering with the experience of other players

SimplyCrush may use automated systems, logs, device fingerprints, IP review, gameplay telemetry, anti-fraud tools, and manual review to evaluate suspicious behavior.

9. Disqualification

SimplyCrush may suspend, remove, disqualify, deny participation, withhold prizes, revoke rankings, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if it believes a player has:

• Violated these Competition Rules
• Violated the Terms & Conditions
• Cheated or attempted to cheat
• Provided false or misleading information
• Engaged in fraud, abuse, harassment, or disruptive conduct
• Created risk to the integrity of the competition or the Services

10. Final Decision Authority

All decisions regarding competition structure, eligibility, verification, rankings, prize awards, disqualification, fraud review, enforcement, and interpretation of these Competition Rules are made by SimplyCrush in its sole discretion and are final and binding.

11. Prize Payment Timing

Prize payments are generally processed only after all necessary review and verification steps are completed. SimplyCrush is not responsible for delays caused by missing documents, fraud checks, payment processor issues, tax compliance review, identity verification, platform restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Prize payments may take up to 30 days or longer if additional review is reasonably required.

12. Taxes and Reporting

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, filing requirements, currency conversion charges, transfer fees, and other costs associated with receiving prizes.

13. Reservation of Rights

SimplyCrush reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, restart, rebalance, or cancel any event, competition, leaderboard, or payout process at any time for legal, fraud prevention, technical, operational, security, integrity, or business reasons.

14. No Guarantee of Winning

Participation in a competition does not guarantee advancement, ranking, or prize winnings. SimplyCrush makes no guarantee that any participant will win or receive a prize.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplyCrush shall not be liable for any losses, damages, missed opportunities, lost rankings, lost winnings, interrupted gameplay, technical malfunctions, payment delays, or other claims arising out of or relating to any competition, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

16. Relationship to Other Policies

These Competition Rules are incorporated into and supplemented by the SimplyCrush Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, SimplyCrush may determine which rule controls for the applicable issue.
