4. Cash Competitions, Verification, and Anti-Fraud Review

If you participate in any skill-based competition, leaderboard event, or cash prize promotion, we may collect and use information reasonably necessary to administer the event, verify eligibility, confirm identity, review gameplay integrity, investigate suspicious activity, prevent fraud, and fulfill prizes.

We reserve the right to review gameplay logs, anti-cheat data, device data, account activity, and prize claim information before approving any prize payout. We may deny, delay, suspend, or revoke a prize where we reasonably believe there has been cheating, fraud, automation, multi-accounting, exploitation, identity mismatch, inaccurate information, residency in an ineligible jurisdiction, or any violation of our Terms & Conditions or competition rules.

Participation in competitions is subject to additional rules and requirements. SimplyCrush reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any competition, leaderboard, event, or payout process at any time for legal, security, fraud prevention, operational, or technical reasons.
